Ok, so I’m trying to loose weight, but I have a problem- I love eating!!!! hahaha
So my awesome Mama gave me a diet recipe, where you supposed to loose around 10 lb. in 5 days (it was 5 kilograms in 5 days, but it’s about 10 pounds) without starving yourself. It sounds pretty easy, so I decided to give it a shot.
The diet looks like that:
You have to eat every 2-3 hours. I start my day at 9am.
1st meal, 9am: Coffee or tea (no sugar is the best)
2nd meal, 11am: Banana
3rd meal, 1pm: Kefir or yoghurt (try to stay within 200 calories)
4th meal, 3pm Half of smoked Mackerel, or other fish (try to stay within 450 calories)
5th meal, 5pm 2 apples
6th meal, 7pm hard boiled egg
7th meal, 9pm V8 juice, or tomato juice (or home made juice)
